Serve
Walk with Francis
“We who are Christians, members of God’s family, are called to go out to the needy and to serve them.” – Pope Francis
The Gospel calls us to care for the most vulnerable among us – the poor, the sick, the elderly, and the unborn. CUA students, faculty, staff, and alumni are encouraged to give of themselves in the service of others through a number of community service opportunities organized by Campus Ministry, and to become a voice for peace and justice on campus and in the community through education, reflection, and social action.
Throughout September, the Office of Campus Ministry, in Caldwell Hall, sold Walk with Francis T-shirts to commemorate Pope Francis’s visit to Catholic University, and to raise money to help support CUA’s mission trips.
