Hail Holy Queen Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness and our hope! To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve; to thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this vale of tears. Turn then, most gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us, and after this our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary! Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection,
implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my mother;
to thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me.

Creo en Dios, Padre todopoderoso, Creador del Cielo y la tierra;
creo en Jesucristo, Su único Hijo Nuestro Señor,
quien fue concebido por obra y gracia del Espíritu Santo, nació de Santa María Virgen,
padeció bajo el poder de Poncio Pilatos, fue crucificado, muerto y sepultado.
Descendió a los infiernos, al tercer día resucitó entre los muertos,

I believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth;
and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, Our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended into hell; on the third day He rose again from the dead;
He ascended into Heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God, the Father almighty;
from there He will come to judge the living and the dead.

Virgen Santísima, que agradaste al Señor y fuiste su Madre; inmaculada en el cuerpo, en el alma, en la fe y en el amor! Por piedad, vuelve benigna los ojos a los fieles que imploran tu poderoso patrocinio. La maligna serpiente, contra quien fue lanzada la primera maldición, sigue combatiendo con furor y tentando a los miserables hijos de Eva. ¡Ea, bendita Madre, nuestra Reina y Abogada, que desde el primer instante de tu concepción quebrantaste la cabeza del enemigo! Acoge las súplicas de los que, unidos a ti en un solo corazón, te pedimos las presentes ante el trono del Altísimo para que no caigamos nunca en las emboscadas que se nos preparan; para que todos lleguemos al puerto de salvación, y, entre tantos peligros, la Iglesia y la sociedad canten de nuevo el himno del rescate, de la victoria y de la paz. Most holy Virgin, who wast pleasing to the Lord and became His Mother, immaculate in body and spirit, in faith and in love, look kindly on the wretched who implore thy powerful patronage. The wicked serpent, against whom was hurled the first curse, continues fiercely to attack and ensnare the unhappy children of Eve. Do thou, then, O Blessed Mother, our queen and advocate, who from the first instant of thy conception didst crush the head of the enemy, receive the prayers which, united with thee in our single heart, we implore thee to present at the throne of God, that we may never fall into the snares which are laid out for us, and may all arrive at the port of salvation; and, in so many dangers, may the Church and Christian society sing once again the hymn of deliverance and of victory and of peace. Amen.

Ejaculations:
In Thy conception, O Virgin Mary, thou wast immaculate; pray for us to the Father, Whose Son, Jesus Christ conceived of the Holy Ghost, thou didst bring forth.

Bendita sea tu pureza y eternamente lo sea, pues todo un Dios se recrea, en tan graciosa belleza. A Ti celestial princesa, Virgen Sagrada María, te ofrezco en este día, alma vida y corazón. Mírame con compasión, no me dejes, Madre mía.

Lord Jesus Christ, reward the apostolic zeal of Your Seraphic son, Blessed Junípero Serra, who leaving home and fatherland, labored for the salvation of souls in Spain, Mexico and California. Oh, Señor, hazme un instrumento de Tu Paz .
Donde hay odio, que lleve yo el Amor.
Donde haya ofensa, que lleve yo el Perdón.
Donde haya discordia, que lleve yo la Unión.
Donde haya duda, que lleve yo la Fe.
Donde haya error, que lleve yo la Verdad.
Donde haya desesperación, que lleve yo la Alegría.
Donde haya tinieblas, que lleve yo la Luz.
Oh, Maestro, haced que yo no busque tanto
ser consolado, sino consolar;
ser comprendido, sino comprender;
ser amado, como amar.

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.

Usando los dedos de tu mano, empieza con el pulgar y reza estas intenciones en este orden:

1.) El dedo pulgar es el que está más cerca de tí. Así que comienza orando por aquéllos que están más unidos a tí. Son los más fáciles de recordar. Orar por los que amamos es “una dulce tarea.”

2.) El próximo dedo es el índice: Ora por los que enseñan, instruyen y curan. Ellos necesitan apoyo y sabiduría al conducir a otros por la dirección correcta. Manténlos en tus oraciones.

3.) El siguiente dedo es el más alto. Nos recuerda a nuestros líderes, a los gobernantes, a quienes tienen autoridad. Ellos necesitan la dirección divina.

4.) El próximo dedo es el del anillo. Sorprendentemente, éste es nuestro dedo más débil. El nos recuerda orar por los débiles, enfermos o atormentados por problemas. Ellos necesitan tus oraciones.

5.) Y finalmente tenemos nuestro dedo pequeño, el más pequeño de todos. El meñique debería recordarte orar por tí mismo. Cuando hayas terminado de orar por los primeros cuatro grupos, tus propias necesidades aparecerán en una perspectiva correcta y estarás preparado para orar por tí mismo de una manera más efectiva.

Using the fingers on your hand, start with the thumb and pray these intentions in this order:

1.) The thumb is the closest finger to you. So start praying for those who are closest to you. They are the persons easiest to remember. To pray for our dear ones is a “sweet obligation.”

2.) The next finger is the index. Pray for those who teach you, instruct you and heal you. They need the support and wisdom to show direction to others. Always keep them in your prayers. 

3.) The following finger is the tallest. It reminds us of our leaders, the governors and those who have authority. They need God’s guidance. 

4.) The fourth finger is the ring finger. Even though it may surprise you, it is our weakest finger. It should remind us to pray for the weakest, the sick or those plagued by problems. They need your prayers. 

5.) And finally we have our smallest finger, the smallest of all. Your pinkie should remind you to pray for yourself. When you are done praying for the other four groups, you will be able to see your own needs but in the proper perspective, and also you will be able to pray for your own needs in a better way.
